"I've been working with the office in Mequon on a recent claim. My experience has been awful, from the office staff being unavailable to the non returned messages all while my car is in the shop. I got sideswiped by another car and did damage to the drive side front to my car, after she hit me she spun out and threw rocks at my windshield and it cracked. State farm claims decided that it wasn't part of the accident, contrary to what the auto shop said and arbitrarily decided they didn't want to pay....they never even looked at the car. Their answer file another claim and pay another deductible! The office staff was absolutely no help.

There was one event, read the police report! You people are trying to create multiple claims for ONE accident so I have to pay 2 deductibles."
